Norman Rothstein

CO-FOUNDER

Mr. Rothstein is a seasoned investment banker and entrepreneur with a track record of transforming ideas into high-value businesses. As Co-Founder of Intellectual Digital Companies (iDC, iDG, and iDBB), he plays a key role in funding and developing disruptive ventures. Mr. Rothstein is Co-Founder and Chairman of Intellectual Patents Inc. (IPI), the launchpad behind Aptiviti Inc.—now widely known as ETR. Under his leadership, Aptiviti grew from a $15M valuation at inception to approximately $80M at its last valuation in 2018, attracting top-tier investors such as Boston Consulting Group and Bain Consulting.

Mr. Rothstein has a history of leading successful exits, including co-founding H Power Corp., a fuel-cell company that raised over $100M in its IPO, reaching a near $1B market cap. He was also a partner in EOTech Inc., a defense contractor acquired by L-3 Communications for over $55M, which he and his team paid only $1.2Mil for two years earlier.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Rothstein played a pivotal role in banking transactions for Barr Laboratories and National Patents Inc., driving patent monetization and market expansion. His expertise in investment, intellectual property, and strategic growth continues to shape pioneering companies in technology, defense, and finance.

Adam Harrington

CO-FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & PRESIDENT

Adam is the Co-Founder, Executive Director, and President of Intellectual Digital Corp (iDC), a private launchpad that identifies and accelerates transformative technologies and digital assets. Through iDC, he strategically identifies, incubates and funds high-potential businesses, driving value creation for shareholders and stakeholders alike. With decades of experience in investment banking and venture development, Adam has guided businesses from early-stage growth to successful exits, including equity sales, private offerings, and public listings. He has been instrumental in major transactions such as Discas Holdings, Ambient Technologies, and The Infopro, which was later acquired by Edison Ventures.

Adam’s expertise spans international markets, having represented and invested on behalf of high-net-worth individuals across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Caribbean Islands. His leadership has helped scale groundbreaking companies such as Aclipse Therapeutics, Ubiety, Stationhead, and Bloq. He has also co-founded and led multiple investment funds, including Convergent Private Equity and Convergent Long Short Fund. As an advisor to Intellectual Patents Inc. (IPI), Adam played a key role in funding Aptiviti Inc., now widely recognized as ETR.

Ellen Willen

CO-FOUNDER & CFO

Ellen is a seasoned finance and operations executive with extensive experience finance, operations and multi-stage fundraising. As Co-founder and CFO of Intellectual Digital Corp (iDC), she’s led multiple capital raises at increasing valuations. Previously, she was CFO of Aptiviti Inc. and Director of Finance at MDSolarSciences. Ellen holds an MBA in Finance and International Studies from the University of Connecticut.

Lisette Calvache

Lisette is a seasoned operations and administrative professional with over 15 years of experience supporting executives and optimizing business efficiencies. As Executive Assistant at Intellectual Digital, she plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operations, managing executive priorities, and facilitating high-level communications. Lisette excels in streamlining processes, coordinating complex schedules, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Kaitie Zhee

DIR. STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS

Kaitie is a strategic communications leader, specializing in HNW engagement and business development. As Head of Strategic Communications she cultivates relationships with private investors seeking exclusive early-stage opportunities. With a track record of securing over $100M in investments, Kaitie positions Intellectual Digital’s ventures for strategic growth through high-touch outreach, compelling narratives, and investor alignment.

Board Advisors

Peter has more than 50 years of marketing executive experience. His career spans major bluechip multinational and entrepreneurial ventures, with particular emphasis on technology based startups.

Peter Wakeman

Paul is a Chartered Accountant and proven Private Equity professional. His experience includes chairing the holding company board of E-Synergy and deal origination and organising Hutton Collins partners LLP investment approached in the private equity arena. Currently he serves the advisory and investment committee for nexus investments

Paul Downes

Peter was Co-Founder and Principal at Europa Capital; an international real estate private equity fund management group set up in 1999. Under his watch invested more than $9Bn in over 90 transactions across 18 european countries. He led the fund raising program attracting over 70 institutional investors from 16 countries to invest across eight funds.

Peter Cluff

Harry has extensive experience and executing in the primary healthcare sector. He founded Primary Health Properties PLC. The company is part of the FTSE 250 and operates more that 480 medical centers. He serves as publisher at Investor Publishing. He was the Non-Executive Chairman and is the Co-Founder of General Medical Clinics

Harry Hyman

Former Board Director of the Silicon Valley Bank and member of the house of Lords UK. Anthony Tudor St Jonn, 22nd Baron St John of Blesto is a British peer. politician, businessman and solicitor. He is also chairman of the South African Investment Bank Strand Hanson.

Lord St. John of Blesto

Andrew was a Managing Director at Marsh, one or the largest global insurance companies. Andrew directly managed Marsh's twelve global management facilities. Andrew as well served on industry advisory groups and Bermudian government advisory groups helping to keep Bermuda an attractive industry domicile and pass scrutiny with international watchdog organisations.

Andrew Carr

David Rich-Jones is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with a track record in property development and procurement. As co-founder of Richstone Properties, he has led award-winning projects across the UK, France, and Mauritius. Previously, he was a founding executive at Xchanging PLC, where he managed global procurement services and business lines exceeding £350 million in turnover.
